I have encountered several issues with this app: 1. The biggest problem is their customer support, which is almost non-existent. I purchased a pro plan and have been trying to reach out to them for the past two weeks, but no one is responding to my emails or messages in their Discord channel. 2. You cannot add a project to GitHub if you want to collaborate with your team. While I understand that I can create a minimal viable product (MVP) using the app, collaborating with the tech team is crucial, and this is not possible. You can open the project in StackBlitz, but you still cannot push it to Git; the only available option is to create a new Git repository. 3. Most tools nowadays offer a trial period for their pro plans, but this app does not provide that. 4. The AI is suitable for very basic applications, like simple calculators, but when you request changes, it often makes unintended adjustments to other components as well. I believe they have created hype around the ability to develop applications without code because it is a trending topic in the industry. However, I have used other applications that genuinely help in creating apps from low-code to no-code, and this is not one of them.

Bolt is great and I've created lots of nearly functional apps with it and many websites. I don't code hence being excited to use this. The tokens are a generous amount but it's unfortunate that they still get consumed when there's errors because solving the errors can take quite a while. I wonder if the "undo" aspect should also undo the tokens used? Just from guessing i'd say 50% of mine were spent on this.

So I tried to build an EV database. Good understanding and nice schema as far as I can tell. Understood a switch from USD to EUR and from miles to kilometer. Biggest problem was the images. Most were broken and those who were not showed the wrong car. Seems images are picked up from Unsplash without checking their integrity or correctness. And then I run out of free credits. So all in all, same story as with most of these AI tools I'm afraid :) Willingness to pay for this service today: 0

I used this to build a landing page from scratch. It was able to product a clean reactjs application that I was then able to ship via Vercel. I was also able to add some already built react components that it was able to integrate seamlessly into the page. Awesome tool worth playing around with!
