Hi PH 👋 I built BookPilot after watching small service businesses close to me — a dance studio running weekly classes, a community group selling tickets to a cultural event — literally track bookings on a phone and ticket sales on a spreadsheet. Double-bookings, no reminders, no way for a customer to just... book, without a phone call. The whole flow is: you chat with AI about your business (what you offer, your hours) → it builds your branded booking page → you share the link. Your customers pick a time or buy a ticket, verify with a 6-digit code sent to their phone — no account, no app — and they're booked. If you take card payments, Stripe handles the money and you get paid out directly; if you'd rather collect cash or bank transfer, BookPilot charges you nothing at all, ever. The part I'm most proud of isn't the booking flow — it's that events (weddings, cultural festivals, workshops) get real ticketing built in: per-category pricing, a signed QR code per ticket, and a camera-based check-in scanner at the door. Most booking tools treat "sell 200 tickets to an event" as a completely different product from "let someone book a haircut." Here it's the same page, same AI setup. Pricing: free if you collect payment yourself. If you use Stripe, it's 1% platform fee + Stripe's own processing. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no lock-in — the opposite of the subscription ladder most booking SaaS puts small operators on.
