The software constantly comes in your way to learn and understand how to use the tool.

Pros:

Good for beginners who don't know bootstrap. People who know bootstrap, stay away!

Cons:

UI/UX is very hard to get a page done. I found it too hard to create a single bootstrap page. Tutorials does not make it any easier.

This looks like it will encourage a lot of folks to dig into Bootstrap more. The revenue model is a curiosity for this kind of product, as is a lack of a trial of any kind.

Couldn't resist! Had to purchase! Still playing with it, so far it was easy to use, especially if you are familiar with Bootstrap. The software locks bootstrap.min.css and some other elements (preventing user breaking layout) and it instead creates a user.css. They have a demo available online.

Two years ago I purchased it. It was like a one-time purchase. Later, they probably changed policy, and my license expired. Now they are asking price for every year. That's unexpectable. Also, it's not flexible. Not a good thing to spend your money.

I find Bootstrap itself a little tedious and hard to read. Bootstrap Studio solves the problems with that. Contrary to popular opinion, it's actually a lot easier for experienced Bootstrap users and harder for newbies. It doesn't have have tool tips on what the various classes do.

But for the price range and the amount of time it saves, it's well worth it.

Pros:

Easy to use, nice IDE, easy to find custom components

Cons:

Interface can be a little clumsy, yearly payment to update to latest version

What does the exported code look like? (Is it clean)

@alexshak It's as clean as it gets. Probably cleaner than most manually written code. It's nice because you can put comments on the .bsdesign files, which don't show in the exported files. You can even create a lot of JS/CSS files in it and minify it into one giant JS/CSS file.
