Hey everybody, Dan here from BrandBay (Marketing). I'm very glad to be able to help present BrandBay to you all today! This project started out as something that a few of my colleagues and I were finding as a gap in our workflows (particularly when designing and collaboration on files). It was taking a lot of extra time out of our day and making us pause what we were doing to try to find files, hex codes, etc. and messaging back and forth...
And thus the idea for BrandBay came forward.
Now seeing where the platform has come is really great and I'm glad to share it all with you here today. I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback on the platform :)

@daniel_zeru_apps that is right! There has been a lot of lost time and frustration towards not everyone on the team having access to the same asset and waiting long periods of time to have someone send the asset to you over a messenger tool that ends up compressing the image that you worked on. 😅
BrandBay giving everyone simple, quick access to the full quality digital assets on the team to leverage is a big help not only to us, but to many digital agencies and freelancers today. :)

My team purchased Brand Bay when they first launched. The improvements from that time to now are constant. Brand Bay is used daily by my team.

BrandBay has been an absolute GODSEND for managing marketing assets made available to a sprawling independent sales agent team. Every supplier that makes marketing assets available to us also includes limitations on how those assets can be used. With BrandBay, I FINALLY have a tool that allows me to share these marketing assets with the sales team for their own marketing use, confident that they have all of the information they need to use the assets in the matter they were intended to be used and within the rules of use established by the various trademark and copyright owners.

BrandBay is incredibly useful for managing clients brand assets, and client's access to assets. The great thing about it is it keeps everything in one place and helpful for sharing with not only clients but any other 3rd parties that need access. The great thing is BrandBay is getting better and better all the time! Highly recommend it.
@russell_brown_digitalstream Thank you for sharing Russell! As an additional thought, have you considered ever offering premium asset management to clients as a service (also utilizing white label) by using BrandBay?
It is one of the uses we have seen a few agencies implement now could perhaps add some additional value to your services for clients :)

I purchased BrandBay about a year ago and have been very pleased with the updates they're rolling out. The team is committed to the product. Now I just have to get my clients onboard!

I am using BrandBay as a webdeveloper / designer. It offers me one place to store colors, logo's and fonts. Normally I did this on my local desktop, but now I can work on other places and use BrandBay when I do not have access to my desktop.
It is that simple.
Maybe BB can offer more, but this usecase is enough for me ;-)

BrandBay is an amazing tool for managing all your assets for multiple clients. However, it needs to improve its mobile device rendering as it appears to be available only for desktops at the moment. Despite this, I still highly recommend it!
