This looks great! The unified inbox with sentiment analysis across all platforms seems really useful.
How accurate have you found the sentiment analysis to be with nuanced comments, especially on platforms like Reddit where tone can be tricky to interpret?
BrandJet AI
It's pretty solid for most cases but yeah, Reddit sarcasm can trip it up sometimes.
We're using context understanding to help with that, looks at the full comment thread, not just isolated sentences.
Gets it right most of the time.
Still refining it though. If you see it mess up, let us know @umar_lateef
BrandJet AI
@umar_lateef thanks for checking out the platform and for asking an insightful question - it's something a lot of users are concerned with, and we've been working to make sure there's contextual understanding of the sentiment and are actively making it all the more powerful as we move along. I'd invite you to try it out yourself, especially the keyword monitor which is one of my personal favorite features.

Super interesting approach. As someone who’s also dealt with the “stack of five tools just to send a campaign” problem, the idea of unifying outreach + brand intelligence in one command center feels like a real unlock.
BrandJet AI
@julie_su thank you! We absolutely love to hear this feedback given our main goal was to reduce SaaS bloat for modern outreach, and combine it with a layer of brand intelligence.
BrandJet AI
@julie_su @marsadist integrating all this data will help us understand the universe of people that could be customers. before this id keep lists and look people up all the time so i could keep customer prospects engaged.
Tried BrandJet and it's honestly a game-changer for tracking brand mentions
I was juggling like 5 different tools just to monitor where my brand was mentioned online. Twitter, Reddit, news sites, YouTube—all separate dashboards, all annoying.
BrandJet pulled everything into one place and it's so much cleaner.
The best part?
Once you find a mention, you can literally start an outreach campaign from the same dashboard.
Like, you see someone mentioning your brand on Twitter, and boom—you can reach them on email, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, all at once. No jumping between apps.
The sentiment analysis is pretty solid too.
It automatically flags which mentions actually matter vs the random noise. Saves a ton of time sorting through everything.
Setup was super easy, no tech headaches. Their email warmup is included which is nice. And the pricing doesn't feel crazy compared to buying 3-4 separate tools.
Not perfect (some UI could be more intuitive), but if you're serious about brand monitoring + outreach, it's actually worth testing.
Beat having to manually track everything like I was doing before.
Thumbs up from me ✌️
Super polished experience for generating brand concepts, the visual consistency and speed are impressive. I’m wondering whether you plan to support full multi-round brand development workflows, such as iterating on typography, colour systems, and brand voice in one place.
BrandJet AI
@andywithbebop great question. So for now, our next steps will have more to do with adding more social channels, as well as doubling down on agentic workflows to make the entire user experience far more efficient. We're playing around with concepts such as ad-creation in beta to understand how it could fit into branding workflows for users.
Proximity Lock System
One feature that would be super powerful: Unified Inbox with AI Prioritization: all replies from email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, IG in one feed, auto-ranked by intent and importance. Would make cross-platform outreach way smoother!
BrandJet AI
@akarshjha03 Agreed, this is one of the reasons we were so focused on making sure the unibox feature us truly intelligent. It does a phenomenal job at categorizing leads by channel, intent, and next-steps
Great project. I have a question about usage. I need to track posts on social networks (especially LinkedIn and Twitter) for mentions of keywords related to the services I sell. And preferably do this every day. Can you do that?
BrandJet AI
@mykyta_semenov_ absolutely! It takes a few minutes to set this up: create an account, connect your linkedin, go to the keyword monitor tab and add whatever keyword(s) you want to track: you can choose which platforms to monitor.
The monitor will constantly update whenever your target keywords are mentioned, and given our X and Linkedin outreach features, you should be able to handle those leads directly on the platform by setting up automations for it!
@marsadist Why does it connect to my LinkedIn? Will the service log in under my account? LinkedIn doesn’t like automation and can ban you for that. I need to monitor not only my connections but also any users who are looking for my services.
BrandJet AI
@mykyta_semenov_ when it comes to linkedin, it is not possible to monitor it in quite the same way as x or reddit, which is why an account needs to be connected so that the system can monitor for you. The outreach automations for messaging have synthetic warmup, and there are recommendations with respect to volume when it comes to not abusing the platform and burning a linkedin account.
To clarify, once an account is connected it does not only monitor connections but simply any mentions of your chosen keywords! I'd be happy to set this up for you and onboard you myself!
BrandJet AI’s got me pretty excited—seriously, the multi-channel outreach hub (covering email, LinkedIn, and Instagram all in one) paired with that AI sentiment tracking for brand mentions is exactly what I’ve been missing. I handle outreach for a tiny startup, and right now I’m bouncing between three separate tools to run campaigns plus a messy notebook to jot down audience reactions to our brand—this’d streamline so much of my weekly workflow. Have you thought about adding TikTok integration for outreach and sentiment tracking later on?
