this is a really cool idea honestly, anonymity is the make or break here so good call on the IP stuff. one thing though, you should add a way for reporters to get notified if their report actually leads to an investigation or action, like a follow up feature with a unique code they chose. would give people a reason to keep reporting and feel like it mattered
Love the idea of making corruption data visible instead of just whispered about. One thing that might really help is adding a simple "share to WhatsApp" button on each report since that's where most conversations actually happen in India. Could turn individual stories into something that spreads quickly and puts pressure on the right people.
