Bruno is the best...I used to hate Postman...so when Bruno came along, I just hated Postman even more 😅 Bruno rules! 💪🏻 Best tool I used so far 🤩

I love the local first approach and it's being "Free" and Open Source.
I can strongly recommend it because:
flexible configuration on environment and collection etc. levels
the easy scripting integration for defining response asserts and advanced scripting
OpenAPI yaml file import and export
OAuth 2 support
The CLI for running automated integration or system tests.
However one crucial thing that is missing in the free version is the "Vault Secrets" feature for storing secrets safely.

I started using Bruno about a year ago. The best part of Bruno is its file mode. When creating or editing an API collection, it saves time. Moreover, it is a very light client yet powerful, so no more slowness.
I haven't explored the features much beyond using this in earnest over the last few weeks to develop and test an API client, so I'm sure there are things I'm missing, but it's brilliant. Native, fast, stops me doing stupid things...
I had one feature request, just found GitHub, and it's been opened yesterday and by the looks of it completed today. (https://github.com/usebruno/bruno/issues/4600) Just brilliant!
I don't need the features, but I'll be purchasing Pro just to support this project.
Found Bruno when I got frustrated by the horrible experience that Postman has turned into.
Great tool. Does 90% of what Postman is supposed to do, but faster/better.
