chatform is an AI-powered conversational form builder. Describe the form you need, or paste your website, and AI builds the questions, logic and branching. The people filling it in get a chat instead of a wall of fields: one question at a time, a follow-up when an answer is too vague, and answers to their own questions from your docs. Messy replies become clean data. Free forever: unlimited responses, 27 question types, webhooks and API. Pro adds emails that win back people who quit halfway.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Ayan, part of the team behind chatform.
Every lead and intake form we built had the same two problems. People quit halfway. And the ones who finished wrote "soon", "not sure" or "idk", answers nobody could act on.
So chatform runs your form as a short conversation:
• One question at a time, in plain language
• If an answer is too vague, it asks a follow-up ("Bad how? The price, or something it couldn't do?")
• Messy answers become clean data ("about a dozen" → 12)
• Respondents can ask their own questions and get answers from your docs, then carry on
• If someone leaves, they get an email that drops them back exactly where they stopped
To build one, describe it in a sentence or paste your website, and chatform drafts the questions and branching.
The free plan is the real product: unlimited responses, 200 AI conversations a month, 27 question types, webhooks and API.
Try it as a respondent (2 minutes, no signup): https://chatform.in/f/how-you-us...
Two quick questions for you:
1. Which form do you dread sending, or filling in?
2. Would an AI follow-up on your customer forms feel helpful or intrusive?
The whole team is here all day and we'll reply to every comment ❤️
Hey Product Hunt, Mohith here. I built Chatform.
Ayan explained how it works. Here's what it actually changes for you:
More people finish your form. It feels like a quick chat, not homework, so fewer people quit halfway.
Answers you can act on. When someone writes "idk" or "soon", chatform asks a follow-up, so leads arrive qualified and feedback tells you what to fix.
Lost leads come back. If someone leaves halfway, they get an email that takes them back to where they stopped.
Doubts don't kill the signup. Questions like "who sees my answers?" get answered on the spot from your docs.
Zero cleanup. "About a dozen" lands in your sheet as 12, ready to use.
A new form in a minute. Describe it in one sentence, or paste your existing Typeform or Google Form link. Nothing to rebuild.
One challenge for today: drop a link to a form you send, or one you hate filling in. I'll turn it into a chatform and reply with the follow-up question it would ask your users.
I'm here all day. Tell me what's missing.
