Every language learning app should be conversation-first, especially in AI era, so congratz, you're spot on! Using real-world scenarios to practice is amazing. As many people pointed out, Duolingo teaches you grammar, but grammar alone is practically unusable when going abroad and speaking with real people. As I am in EdTech business myself, I will keep my fingers crossed for you, app looks great. One question though - what's difference between ChatPal and Fluently?
I haven't used Fluently so not sure, my impression based on their website is that they're solely focused on English and that it's for more advanced English speakers looking to master pronunciation and advanced fluency
@rishika_sharma9 agreed! Thanks Rishika. Currently supported is Italian, Spanish, Hindi, French, Portuguese, and English! Is there a language in particular you're trying to learn?

Congrats on the launch! The Duolingo gap is real — years of streaks, zero real conversations. Does ChatPal correct you mid-conversation or only after?
@mustafa_alshafey Exactly what I'm trying to help - conversation-first and get you speaking right away! Good q - currently, ChatPal gives you corrections/feedback only after, but soon I'll launch "live feedback" so you get it during the conversation if you want

Congrats on the launch, how many new languages can I learn with Chatpal?
@princemirxcle thanks Prince! Currently supported is Italian, Spanish, Hindi, French, Portuguese, and English! Definitely AI models I use can support many more very quickly and I'll be adding new languages every couple of weeks

Scenario-based conversation is something the AI companion space figured out early, and it's interesting to see it applied to language learning. The best companion apps use roleplay scenarios to keep conversations fresh, and the same principle applies here, except the goal is fluency instead of entertainment.
One thing that matters a lot in conversational AI is how the app handles user mistakes. In companion apps, the AI almost always goes along with whatever you say. For language learning, you need the opposite: the AI needs to correct you without killing the flow of conversation. That's a tricky balance.
How does Nora handle the correction experience? Is it inline ("did you mean...") or does it wait until the end of a scenario to summarize mistakes?
