I built Chatter because I lived this problem. At Roblox and Rec Room, I spent hours every week copying feedback from Discord, forums, and support tickets into spreadsheets. Then, trying to spot patterns across hundreds of scattered messages. The worst part? Users would report something, we'd eventually fix it, and they'd never know. Their feedback just disappeared into the void.
