This product is terrible. They suck you in for the free try and make you pay 5 dollars for shipping. Cool however I went to cancel my subscription no where on the website to do that. No customer service number. They charged my card 27 dollars after I asked them to cancel it before the product shipped. Then they said sorry we can’t refund you because the product shipped. Even though I requested the product to be cancelled before it Shipped. It magically shipped when. I asked for a refund. I spoke to several people saying I want my money back. Nothing. Never will buy again.

I tried this out several months ago with a high degree of skepticism, I'm not a flavored water guy. Gatorade? Too much sugar. Vitamin water? Hard pass. But with Cirkul, I was shocked. I love the flavors. So much so that I bought bottles for the entire company. Now my biggest problem is keeping track of which bottle is mine (thanks to the new colored insulation sleeves, this problem is largely solved, except when my coworkers want to continually sample my new flavors).
It seems like every time I customize my next shipment, there are new flavors that continue to impress. My first impressions are the coffee flavors could use a little tweaking but as a chef I know coffee is one of the most difficult flavors to replicate. Plus, one guy I work with will only drink the coffee line so they must be doing something right.
I feel like spending a lot of time raving about the fact that you can control your amount of flavor is a little pointless; if you don't like to customize flavors to your taste preferences, you're looking at the wrong product.
One seemingly underrated aspect of Cirkul is the ability to push back your next shipment date. I use my Cirkul every day but forgot it on a recent trip OOT so I simply went to my account and pushed my delivery date back a couple weeks so I could use up my current inventory. Subscription based products are usually pretty sneaky about reminding you of a recurring shipment. With Cirkul, you're notified a couple times before shipment and with ample time to make any changes necessary (change-up in flavors or alter delivery schedule).
Lastly, customer service has been great! I had a cartridge that was damaged, hit up CS and within a few days had a few new ones delivered at no cost to me.

I was told it was the way I was drinking, that would be great if it came from the spout. This is not from the top, and my husband has the same issue with his.

I love it so far. I do think the scale of flavor is not very good though. 1 tastes no different than water. and 10 is like straight up just drink the flavoring why don't you. Also its not clear how long these are supposed to last? I mean clearly less flavor last longer and more flavor will be less.

this is kind of messed up since you really should only be selling the flavor pouches to your customers. Less production, packing, and would allow for a much higher profit margin. And this would ACTUALLY reduce waste.
