There customer service is awful. DO NOT just look around on there website after cancelling your subscription, they will charge your account when its not authorized then say its there policy and offer a 5$ credit? unreal!

as a person that works outside i need to be hydrated 24/7 on top of the 40 pound rucksack and the countless canteens water gets to be quite boring. cirkul has helped me drink even more and actually be exited to drink water. the packages can come broken i lost 2 flavors out of 5 i had ordered due to the small canister being broken from either rough handling or not fully sealed at the manufacture. other than that great price and great flavors

I was skeptical about Cirkul at first because I've had bad experiences ordering things from Facebook/Instagram but I'm so happy I tried it. I really like that you're able to increase and decrease the flavor every time you drink if you want and I love that you can turn the flavor off and just drink plain water. For the people that complain about cost I thought the same thing in the beginning until I looked at my bank account. I would spend $4-$10 a day on beverages between sodas, teas and Starbucks, I get 16 cartridges a month for $49 so I'm saving way more than I was before. Since I've cut out soda completely I feel like I can dial down the flavor so they end up lasting longer. I'm glad they don't accept returned product. I don't want them sending me stuff that's been in the mail back and forth multiple times. It is a subscription service which I actually really enjoy. I forgot to change my flavors one month and the customer service guy was able to fix it for me. I've been using it for about 5 months and don't plan on stopping any time soon. One request -PLEASE get the metal bottles back. I like the sleeves but I definitely want a metal bottle :)

This Company is Bad Business. They attempted to charge my card 5 times for 8 new cartridges and then succeeded. ordered my flavors for me and wouldn’t respond to my emails..After they shipped two days later they say sorry no refunds once shipped..I would not recommend..
