The lack of return option for unopened packages even if the packaged has not been delivered. For some reason I could not even cancel the subscription from their page and they told me I could not return the items even if I didn't open them. That is enough for me tell everyone I know to stay clear. Bad business. Just get a water bottle and add some drops of flavoring. Much cheaper and same taste. The bottle does leak, the top doesn't always work so far as flavoring goes either. The flavoring that didn't have any electrolytes actually was fine and I didn't feel sick but the one with electrolytes made me queasy.

The Cirkul system has very much encouraged my drinking of water. The flavors are easier to store than multiple bottles of flavored water. And much more cost efficient. I’ve used them for several months and appreciate them adding new flavors all the time!!
Pros:I love the varieties of flavors and the ease of changing them out.
Cons:The too does leak if you don’t make sure it’s on very well. Easy fix :)
I have a hard time just drinking plain water and I hate to admit it but I'm a big soda addict. I've had 1 soda since I got the bottle. I like that it eliminates the extra step of adding flavor powders to the beverage.
Pros:Makes it easy to stay hydrated, clean, great flavors and convenient.
Cons:Wish the cartridges were available in stores.

I've been using the Cirkul water bottles since they came out. It's a great way to make sure you're drinking enough water. Having recently moved from New York to Denver, that's particularly important for me right now. It's so nice not having to change bottles all the time or spend a ton of money filling the fridge with flavored drinks every time I go to the grocery store. Customer service was awesome when I had a question... And I'm excited for all of the new flavors coming out!
