Pros:

On customer level It is a tool to participate in improving your city. On government level Tool to collect and monitor user-generated data.

Cons:

Should be integrated with all the cites !

This is a great idea! Which is why I came up with it back in 2009 and launched CitySourced with the City of San Jose. We've learned a lot since then. The first is that whatever applications are provided to citizens, the data collected MUST be integrated into the City's (or County's) back office systems. Second, not all citizens are software engineers or work in tech. That being said, using the word "Bug" in your app's name isn't going to make much sense to almost everyone. Pros: - App looks good Cons: - Lots of other, more robust services out there - Lacks integrations into key city systems - The name won't make sense to most people

@evan_besser monetization of the business happens via two channels: by service/access fee to the platform dashboard and admin portal, or the application white labeling to different industries

The language does not localize. I get a foreign language on sign up.

@rmagrino on the settings tab (bottom right icon) enter the screen choose the second like menu and choose English. The application is showing you the Armenian version of it.

@gevorg_hayrapetian there is no icon. All I see in the bottom right is the city scape pictures. Nothing in settings either.

@rmagrino bottom right icon on navigation bar which is for menu, enter please, and the second sub menu, with the icon of world, is for choosing the language. :)
