Congrats on this launch! The scope creep flagging is what stands out so much for me. This is usually the thing that kills timelines and client relationships before anyone even notices its happening. Having one workspace per client instead of scattered WhatsApp threads and emails chains is how you actually run a clean operation. How does the client approval flow work?
