Most searches took me to discussions about delays of ClickUp 3, and I'm glad I ignored those and went ahead and downloaded ClickUp anyways. It has amazing features (Time tracking, custom fields, gantt, workload, whiteboard, +) And so many toys to experiment with (goals, delegate/reminders, task tray, sync with Reclaim.ai, +). Helps you learn/has tons of templates. I've got more to say, but I'd say take the time to adapt to ClickUp, while customizing it to your needs.

I think their time tracking limits are stupid, and not clearly laid out on the website. Unfortunately we already wasted money on their unlimited plan before learning that there are limits

A little over 3 years ago ClickUp changed my life when I became an executive assistant in LA. Became a power user and leveled up to Operations Director & beyond. Haven't looked back since.

As a Multimedia Designer, I honestly can’t imagine my workday without ClickUp. It’s made organizing my everyday tasks so much easier, no more sticky notes everywhere or endless email threads. I love how I can just drag and drop my to dos, set deadlines, and keep all my project files in one spot. It’s like having a personal assistant that actually understands how creatives work. What really stands out for me is how flexible ClickUp is. Whether I’m planning out a big project or just keeping track of quick edits, I can set things up exactly how I want. The integrations with tools I already use (like Google Drive and Slack) save me a ton of time, and the reminders make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Overall, ClickUp has helped me stay on top of everything and work way more efficiently. If you’re a designer who likes things organized but still wants room for creativity, I’d definitely give it a try!
