@williamrobertscott Hey William! we are pulling data from reddit and twitter for now (other sources are being deployed such as Tiktok Ins etc) "Realtime" means a combination of daily and live monitoring, depending on the features. Thank you so much for bringing up the use cases - we are targeting at different groups of people, as you mentioned, Marketers, product teams, finance&vcs... each niche segments has different preferences over the functionalities. Right now we are building things that can be generalized from the segments, but in the future, more sector-related features will be released.
some real-world cases: for influencers to create contents based on the trending topics, product designers (not only developer teams but factories and international traders) use our tools for market analysis and pain point validation...people love stocks use our tool for the stocks' sentiment analysis (let's think of Gamestop in 2021)
