Cursor has absolutely changed the way I develop software. To be able to go from idea to running an application in hours or minutes is a game changer. Being able to integrate with several different models makes it easy to experiment. I do wish that they didn't force you to use their Pro service for the Composer experience, since it doesn't come with the same data governance guarantees as going direct to the model provider. But it's so good I can hardly complain...

The best thing to have come out in the AI space, imo. It's made coding so much more accessible and fun. Most importantly, it's made iterations so much quicker. There are alternatives, but moving from VS code to Cursor was quite seamless, and that's why adoption was a 5-minute job. Can't see myself changing. Considered Lovable, but the pricing didn't work out. Slow tier for Cursor was more than enough.
