As someone who writes a ton of emails and insists on replying to every single one, I knew there had to be a better way. And, true to the engineer spirit, if something takes 10 minutes to do but 10 hours to automate… I’ll always choose the automation. 😄 That’s what inspired me to help build Custos — it was both a fun challenge and a real solution to make my life (and hopefully yours) so much easier. Now, instead of spending endless hours drafting replies, I can focus on what really matters while Custos handles the heavy lifting. 🚀

@busmark_w_nika Hello Nika! We are CASA Tier 2 certified which an industry-recognized security standard backed by Google. CASA Tier 2 means our application has undergone independent verification by an authorized lab to ensure it meets strict security requirements for handling sensitive Google API data. Processing is fully automated, and no human reads or accesses your email data.
This product sounds fantastic, but I'm also very concerned about privacy and data security. How much access does it have to the emails in my inbox? And how does it learn my writing style? I want to make sure it can provide convenience while also fully protecting my data.

@lyss_luo Great question. Drafts are generated in real time when you hit reply. Your style is learned from patterns in your own sent emails, never shared with anyone else.
On top of that, we’re CASA Tier II verified by Google, meaning our data handling, encryption, access controls, and incident response processes have been independently reviewed. Privacy and security are core to how we built Custos.

would be cool if its a chrome plugin. Im very skeptical about connecting my gmail to apps that can read my messages. Just a lil input
