So I built something where AI is already part of the product, not an add-on you pay extra for. Your AI chatbot knows your customers' orders before your agents do

One thing I wanted to highlight that I think is really useful for e-commerce teams: when a customer writes in asking about their order, the AI chatbot automatically pulls their Shopify or WooCommerce order data and responds with the actual order status, tracking info, or return details.

No templates, no canned responses. The AI reads the real data and writes a proper answer. And if it can't handle it, it hands over to a human agent with the full context already there.
