I was able about to write a nasty comment on how you let early Arc Believers like me down, when I saw that Dia is finally open to Arc members. So I hopped on and played with it for an hour instead. I like it - though not sure yet if Dia adds something that I'm not already doing with Perplexity (which will also release a browser soon) and other tools.
What I really like is that it is FAST, looks clean (especially on the new macOS 26!) and has core features like extensions, profiles etc
I will work with it as my main browser for the next weeks - although I do 95%+ of my web browsing on iPad and use my Mac only for work, which is why there I work mostly inside the same (web-)apps.
Let's hope Apple keeps unifying macOS and ipadOS even more and apps/browsers work on both equally. Can't wait for that day!

Imported my Chrome Profile and now there is no way to remove the one I do not need. Thought I would try this as a personal browser for a bit.
Super irritating given the fact that I can't change or remove a profile !!

Arc is my absolute favorite browser. The only perfect fit for all my needs
And I truly believe that you can make this one even better

I was stoked when I finally got the invite in the mail earlier today. I have even moved to Zen from Arc because of Arcs inability to display Raindrops sidebar.
Been testing Dia the whole day.
Two things to make this my only choice:
1. Arcs sidebar.
2. Ability to have Raindrops extension sidebar work.
Great work all together, excited to see where this goes!
@tonyabracadabra +1! We're viewing vertical content on monitors with horizontal aspect ratios. Anything other than vertical menu bars is madness.

@tonyabracadabra the day they bring spaces and the sidebar, I definitely quit Arc. I tried Dia yesterday, and i already saved many copy and paste that I don't need to do anymore between ChatGPT and my tabs. The way they integrate the chat with the tabs is brilliant!!! OpenAI should take a look at this!

Maybe focus on one browser at a time ??
