Donna: Schedule multiple meetings with one link

Donna lets you combine a sequence of meetings into a single booking link. Instead of sending different links for every call, one link chains all meetings together with conditions like setting time gaps between meetings or keeping the next meeting locked until the previous one is completed. It also includes built-in workflows to prioritize important meetings, fill cancellations, route meetings across teams, and more.

We built Donna to provide a scheduling system that goes beyond just one-off meetings. When you need to meet the same people multiple times Donna can create different types of events or recurring events that also enforce your specific rules. Some of the things you can do with this are:

Interviews: When the recruiter call is done other rounds become available for the candidate to book.
Client onboarding: Have review meeting depend on the kick-off meeting, to have a buffer between the meetings.
Prioritize important meetings: When you need to meet someone important their link can override your busy schedule, so you don't miss out on meeting them because your calendar is full.
Fill cancellations: When someone cancels on you ask others who have a meeting later if they'd like to meet with you earlier.

All these behaviors are highly customizable, for example the fill cancellations can either email everyone who have meetings with you a week from now, or it can email one at a time with a 2 hour interval, or something completely different that you think of.
