Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m the solo developer behind DuoSync. To be honest, I built this because I wanted to be a better partner. I found myself caught off guard quite often with my fiancee's cycle (especially the the few days before her period actually started). I wanted to have a way to get notified beforehand so I had the context to be as supportive or prepared as possible.
Most trackers are built for the person experiencing the period. But I felt there was a gap for the partners who want to stay 'in sync' so to speak. Especially if your girlfriend or wife doesn't track her cycle on an app herself with partner sharing features. DuoSync is unique in that it used by the man exclusively.
I built the app because I was looking for this exact app in the app store and couldn't find it. So I hope this helps the men of the world who are in relationships understand their partner better :)
