Seems like a great launch! Moving past CVs to see how someone actually thinks is a good angle if I picture myself being on the candidate side of this, and I think that it would make me comfortable knowing a human still reviews the shortlist. Do recruiters get to see the full interview transcript alongside the ranking, or just the scores?
@fardin_alam1 Yes, recruiters get to see the full interview transcript, the summary of each candidate, the response authenticity and a lot more! Enough to actually understand the role fit.
It's definitely something that everyone says exists but when you look it up you cant seem to find anything. Great approach to revolutionize the ancient CV submitting. HR's need all the help they can get and this literally takes off an entire task off their hands while keeping everything transparent. Love it!
