In most cases you need 2-3 comments before sending connection request, so it can take ~10-20 days. Then you can expect 4-7 days before the first DM can be sent (time to accept + wait a little after connection). Then it can take anywhere between 3 and 30 days until the first call - so, 15-60 days from starting a campaign to the first call.
