Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Furkan, the maker of FarmacoGraph. I started building FarmacoGraph because pharmacology knowledge is usually presented as isolated facts: drug lists, static pages, and disconnected notes. That makes it difficult to understand why a drug works, how mechanisms connect, and what evidence supports a claim. FarmacoGraph models pharmacology as structured, connected, and versioned knowledge. What is available today: • An API-first biomedical knowledge graph • A Curation Studio for structured authoring and review • Evidence-linked drug, disease, and mechanism relationships • Validation and approval workflows before publishing • Search, graph, mechanism, and education views • Role-based access for viewers, curators, reviewers, and administrators • A self-hostable GPLv3 codebase FarmacoGraph is primarily for medical educators, researchers, open-source contributors, and developers building medical education tools. The project is still in an early stage. The cardiovascular module is currently being curated, and FarmacoGraph is intended for education and research—not clinical decision-making. You can explore the API documentation, inspect the source code, or request a read-only Curation Studio demo account. I’d especially appreciate feedback on: 1. Whether the knowledge graph model is understandable 2. Which API use cases are most valuable 3. Whether the Curation Studio workflow feels approachable 4. A PDF export option for the graph views would be really helpful, especially when prepping lecture slides or sharing specific pathway visuals with students who prefer offline materials.
