I want to share something I've been building for the past months and get honest feedback from this community before the full launch.
The problem I kept hitting as a retail investor: SEC filings are the single most important signal layer in public markets. Insider transactions, risk factor shifts, earnings footnotes, executive changes it's all there. But it's buried in hundreds of pages of dense legal and accounting language that even finance professionals don't read end to end.
And that's just the English problem.
If you're an investor in Brazil, Italy, Spain, or Mexico and hundreds of millions of people are holding US stocks from outside the US you're facing all of that in a foreign language. The information exists. The access doesn't.
