Fini is the self-improving AI agent for customer support. It resolves 90% of tickets at 99% accuracy across voice, chat, and email, built for fintech, banking, and other regulated industries where a hallucination isn't an option.
Most support AI needs constant re-tuning. Fini detects its own knowledge gaps, learns from real resolutions, and gets sharper on its own. Live in 14 days. Fully autonomous in 30. Works on your existing helpdesk, no migration.
This is the 3rd launch from Fini. View more

Scout by Fini
Launching today
Scout is an AI coworker for support teams, on Slack. Ask in plain language: it reads tickets, reviews and call transcripts, finds the pattern and drafts the fix. A person approves every change. Access is set up with the Fini team.

Launch Team

congrats Fini team! big fan of YC startups. living inside Slack is smart, nobody wants another dashboard. how far back can it read tickets?
@suryansh_tiwari2 we typically read back upto 12 months
Hi Product Hunt, Deep here, co-founder of Fini.
Fini builds an AI agent that answers customers. Once the agent takes the tickets, support teams keep asking us the same thing: what is the team for now?
Our answer is the second job. Every support team has a pile of work the queue never leaves time for: reading every ticket, review and call transcript, spotting the pattern before it turns into a fire, fixing the help center, filing the bug with evidence, and telling product what customers said in their own words. It's the most useful work the team could do, and it's the first thing that gets dropped.
Scout does that work, inside your team's Slack.
You ask it what you'd ask a teammate ("Why did CSAT drop last month, and has it recovered?") and it answers from your tickets, reviews and threads, with the customer quotes attached: seconds for quick questions, minutes for deep ones. It watches every conversation, or only what you point it at. Your experts correct it in a sentence and it remembers, and it keeps getting sharper on its own. When it finds the fix, it drafts the help article or files the bug in Jira or Linear with the root cause attached.
The rule we built around: anything that changes something lands as a proposal and waits for a named person on your team to approve it. Every run is logged.
Snapdocs, the mortgage eClosing platform, took the share of customer questions covered by approved knowledge from 44% to 72% in 11 weeks with Scout. TrainingPeaks went from 6 hours a week to 1 in eight weeks.
Scout works with any support stack through 100+ connectors, and you don't need Fini's agent to use it. It isn't a one-click install: hit "Get $10,000 in credits" on our page and our team sets it up with you.
Product Hunt code SCOUTHUNT gets you $10,000 in Scout credits.
A question for support folks here: if you could hand Scout one part of your week first, which would it be: the Monday report, the help center, or the bug reports?
I'll be here all day answering questions.
So excited about this, the team has been hard at work!
