FitSwap is a place to trade clothes with other people. You list what you don't wear anymore, browse what other people have listed, and propose trading one of your items for one of theirs. The other person can accept, decline, or counter with a different item. Once you both agree, you pick meetup or shipping to actually exchange the stuff. If someone would rather just sell an item than trade it, that's an option too, fixed price or auction.

Built this because my closet had a bunch of stuff I'd stopped wearing and I didn't want to deal with pricing it all out and haggling on Depop. FitSwap skips the money part entirely: you put an item up, someone else offers one of theirs, you go back and forth until you both agree, then you meet up or ship. After a swap closes there's a short window before it locks in, so if the item shows up wrong or doesn't ship, you're not just stuck. Both sides rate each other once it's done, and there's a dispute flow if something actually goes wrong mid-swap.
