Review Floot?
Floot earns praise for helping non-coders quickly ship polished apps, with several users highlighting clean logic, responsive support, and a helpful “draw your changes” workflow. Many prefer it over Lovable for fewer unintended edits and steadier results. Criticism centers on AI making unasked changes, token drain, limited mobile-app pathways, and concerns about transparency after code-downloads moved behind a paywall; some request more advanced customization, staging separation, and SEO features. Founders behind competing platforms like Lovable are frequently cited by users, but makers of other products are not directly represented here.
Impressed by Floot! Built a saas e-commerce site in almost 3 minutes. After that, I built a log in and sign up page with one prompt and some details. The page is absolutely what I want!
And I like the interface. It shows me the code generation process. But I don't need to pay much attention on it. It is nice for non-coders. Brilliant design!
I tried to adjust the details on the pages. The interaction from "Select" to "Chat" could be more specific. I chose one category title and asked AI to change to red. But it changed all of the category titles. So maybe it can double check it before run.
Congrats on the launch! Love Floot

I spent the last eight months with Lovable, and it was nothing but unnecessary changes and recurring errors that were never fixed. Then I found Floot from a YouTube video — it really changed my life. I rebuilt the app on Floot in just a few days, and since then it has been running smoothly.
What needs improvement
mobile app limitations (1)seo optimization tools (1)
Now that I'm gaining more users, my customers want a mobile version of my web app, which isn’t currently possible.
One thing that is dealbreaker is not being able to turn my web app into a mobile app as easily as I built the web app itself.
I’d also like to see better SEO integration in the app to increase exposure and provide optimization directly between Floot.
I used Floot a few weeks ago and was impressed by its simplicity and efficiency. The interface is clear, intuitive, and allows you to track task progress in real time. It’s a versatile solution that suits both coders and no-code enthusiasts.
GitHub integration is very important and urgently needed perhaps alongside Supabase integration? The built-in AI is also very powerful, adding real value to the product.
It’s an interesting solution that still requires significant improvements and integrations, as well as clearer options for proper hosting solutions.
The one major drawback is that the generated output creates a Floot-specific framework which makes self-hosting difficult ( if externalization of code ) without significant modification or rebuilding...
I’m curious to see how it evolves!
MAJ. After updating. Indeed, after a simple “hello world” and project download, the structure is now much cleaner and easier to use without any headaches! Great job and thank you. 5 stars now.
Thanks for the review! For exporting code - we definitely need to do some work there to make it more runnable out of the gate. It's just missing some entry files and a package.json, so it should be fairly easy for us to add. We didn't focus on that initially because we were focusing on optimizing the experience for non-coders who typically don't self-host, but it's something that has been requested by users who want that control. Definitely planned!
Pros:
Builds production-grade, scalable applications
Handles complex logic and data structures with ease
Truly AI-native architecture, not just a UI wrapper
Intuitive workflow for ambitious, non-technical builders
Cons:
The platform's power means there's a slight learning curve if your only goal is a simple one-page site, but it's well worth it for any real application.
Review
As a non-technical founder, I've observed that while many AI app builders excel at creating impressive prototypes, they often fall short in providing the architectural depth necessary for scalable business applications, especially when faced with complex demands.
Floot stands out as the first platform I've encountered that truly feels engineered from the ground up with scalability and production environments in mind. It's clearly more than just another generative AI wrapper. Its fully integrated stack—encompassing the backend, database, and hosting—provides a robust foundation, transforming a fragile prototype into a deployable product capable of handling real traffic and business demands. This is the crucial distinction between a demo and a market-ready application.
For any founder or product builder with an ambitious vision, Floot finally bridges the gap between a complex idea and a market-ready application. It's a genuine game-changer for those of us striving to build the "killer apps" of the future, not just another landing page. Exceptional work by the Floot team.
I'm super impressed - wow! I usually test out most new tools, but this one surprised me. I've returned the next day to build again. The UI is intuitive and helpful, and everything just works out of the box. Congrats on the launch!
Edit: Just saw the restore checkpoint option - this is amazing!!
Floot is outstanding. I built a SaaS content network in minutes. With a single prompt, I was able to get a login and signup page in exactly the way I envisioned. The UI is among the best I’ve seen, clear, fast, and unobtrusive, showing progress without getting in the way. Everything worked flawlessly from the start.
Congrats on a great launch!
What's great
fast performance (5)user-friendly interface (7)no-code support (10)
Have tried all of the other major vibe coding platforms and this is by far the easiest to use, and generate actual results for a non-technical person like myself. It somehow just 'gets' what I want to achieve with a nicer end product at a better price overall. Support is actually responsive and helpful too, my favourite so far for sure!
What's great
free tier (2)user-friendly interface (7)no-code support (10)
Just draw the page changes you want, and the AI will automatically generate and implement the code for you. 🎨➡️💻, I’ve tried a bunch of other AI tools for vibe coding, but none of them had this feature. Floot really surprised me with this—it’s such a game changer!
I’ve spent the past several years building products with tools like Bubble, Flutterflow, and Webflow, so I have a good sense of what to expect from no-code platforms.
I’ve been using Floot for a while, and while the concept is promising and the interface looks clean, my actual experience has been very frustrating.
The AI makes arbitrary changes I never requested, forcing me to waste hours fixing things instead of moving forward. Translation edits, for example, can cause entire pages to break—menus suddenly display key values instead of labels, original text appears instead of translations, and inconsistencies spread across the page. It creates endless cycles of rework. After subscribing, the AI even feels less capable—missing context, producing irrelevant results, and causing repeated errors.
To make matters worse, my quota gets drained just from fixing these issues, followed by constant prompts to upgrade my plan. And when I tried to cancel or delete my account/projects, I couldn’t. That kind of lock-in feels unacceptable.
Compared to tools like Lovable, Floot has a very long way to go in terms of stability, reliability, and fairness. Based on my experience, I can’t rate it higher than 2 stars right now.
sorry for your experience. Translation does prove to be challenging for Floot especially after the project has been built out more. However, you should be able to delete projects/cancel easily. Feel free to reach out to support or email us founders@floot.com and we can look into it
I’ve been testing both Floot and Lovable. Lovable is great, but it sometimes overengineers and adds layers that aren’t really necessary. Floot feels sharper. The logic is clean, it runs consistently, and the “draw your changes” feature makes iteration a lot more natural. I’ve logged more hours on Lovable, but the more I use Floot, the more impressed I am.
