Hey Product Hunt 👋 The problem: I kept getting duplicate gifts — two of the same candle at a wedding, three phone cases for one birthday — because wishlists lived in scattered screenshots and half-remembered texts. And for anything bigger-ticket, there was never a clean way for a group of us to actually split the cost; it always turned into an awkward Venmo thread after the fact. What I built: GishFy — create one wishlist, add items from literally any store (not locked to a single retailer), share one link. The part I'm most excited about is group gifting: instead of guessing who's chipping in how much, friends and family pool money toward one gift and watch the total fill up in real time. How it evolved: I started with just the basic wishlist + sharing flow, but the more people I talked to, the more "we should just split this one" kept coming up for anything over $50 — so group gifting went from an afterthought to the centerpiece of the app. Would love your feedback, especially on the group gifting flow — that's the part I most want to get right. 🙏
