I'm thrilled to launch GOAT here today!
Why I built this: After years of watching teams constantly guess their capacity ("Can we take this on?"), I got frustrated with the same broken planning conversations. Teams would commit to work based on gut feeling, then wonder why everything took longer than expected.
What GOAT does differently: It's intentionally simple. Shows your team's real workload in 5 seconds, gives visual warnings before someone burns out, and includes anonymous health checks so you actually know how your team is doing.
