Have been really interested in seeing how machine learning + qualitative data can help predict user behavior. Great to see related products posted on the site.
@nikkielizdemere qualitative data is the key. Data in CRM (inquiries, newsletter clicks) are lot more accurate than social media data (likes, retweets) in predicting user behavior.
