Hey Product Hunt! Solo founder here. I built Healthy Spirit Guide over the past two years, mostly nights and weekends around two other jobs.
The problem I kept seeing: There are many products that cater to peoples spiritual needs, some help with mental health, others provide wellness and productivity tools, or maybe even a companion app. But none of those products tie everything together into a collective ecosystem. Often the spiritual apps are focused in one direction, are too evangelical or indoctrinating. The ones that are interfaith often deliver too much content with too little guidance of how to navigate it. The meditation and calming apps or sites, ironically, often offer too many options creating an overwhelming experience the user is often trying to escape. These products are usually masked behind upsells, product placement, ads, etc... HealthySpiritGuide is determined to maintain a peaceful and simplistic experience with depth that is obtainable and digestible rather than simply having too many options and not enough substance. It is non addictive and anti-doomscrolling by design. You don't have to be religious, or well versed in meditation to be able to explore and grow in our ecosystem. You simply use it as a supplement for whatever journey you choose.
So HSG brings it under one roof: sacred texts and stories from ten traditions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, Taoism, Shinto, Bahá'í), as well as quotes and stories from historical figures of importance from around the world (our stories are not boring textbook style but rather they are presented as interesting storybook novels), a small curated list of approachable guided meditations, a library of prayers and reflections, dream analyzer and prayer generator tools, breathing exercises, gratitude and memoriam journals, health and nutrition tracking (my background is in epidemiology, so the body side isn't an afterthought), brain games, original poetry, sermons and music, and a community wisdom question of the week - all tied together with guided paths and a spirit guide companion that grows with you and is always there for guidance, chatting, or reflecting with.
How my approach evolved: I spent the first stretch obsessed with content depth, building the library properly. Later I realized depth without a path is a museum, so the second half went into the journey layer: guided paths, the spirit garden, gentle streak-free progress. The last few months were the unglamorous part: security hardening, performance, and building a full no-signup demo, because I'd rather show than pitch.
You can try everything at the demo link, no account needed. Founding member pricing is $7.99/mo while we're small. I'd genuinely love your honest feedback — especially on what feels missing. Ask me anything

The interfaith bridge idea is genuinely refreshing, and the customizable spirit guide sounds like a nice touch. One thing that would really help is a simple weekly check-in or mood tracker that ties together the physical, mental, and spiritual tools so you can actually see patterns over time. Right now it sounds like a lot of great content but maybe hard to know if its all adding up to something for you.

@elifsutcea Hey thanks so much, I really appreciate all the feedback I can get at this stage! I am working on making the navigation as intuitive as possible. I actually have a health tracker on here that tracks calories, sleep, mood and weight. There is an option to feed that data into your spirit guide so it can help you out.

The peaceful design vibe really stood out, and the customizable spirit guide sounds like a sweet touch. One thing I'd love to see is a simple weekly check-in prompt or reminder feature, something that nudges you gently to reflect on your goals and progress without feeling like another app notification competing for attention.

@yasinbulmu00ms Thank you for the honest feedback! I totally agree and finding that balance between consistent progress and check ins vs overwhelming notifications is something I am trying to ease into with the user experience being the guiding light. At first I actually created a notification system but that felt wrong. Currently I have a daily tasks button accessible from the bottom menu that checks off your daily tasks as you complete them. In the organizer tool I actually have a space for the user's to do's and their goals and achievements. And I have an option in the My Guide page to allow your spirit guide to access those. So I am trying to integrate user data with the spirit guide so that it becomes something between a companion, a coach, a guide and something you can reflect with.

The customizable spirit guide feels like a really thoughtful touch, and I liked how the content library mixes productivity tips with interfaith reflections. The whimsical design takes a moment to get used to, but it grows on you fast.
