I tried another recovery software that fell way short of my needs. Then I found RAID Recovery. I was able to completely recover ALL of the files on a 2TB drive. Not only could I recover the files but, it maintained all the files in their respective folders making things simple!
In my journey to recover a formatted SD card, I tried many apps. Then, I used their partition solution. Not gonna lie, it recovered more photos than I expected. If I had to describe it, it's quite efficient.
