Got the earbuds and couldn’t pair both sides at the same time. i’ve tried with 2 iPhone models, both with iOS 13.3, with iPad, MacBook and even on Android, non of them work. They sent one side of replacement earbud, it had the same pairing problem. They offered to send another replacement earbud, i was asking them for a new working pair of earbuds, so i can be sure it's 100% working. after a 4 months ping pong of submitting technical requests, uploading videos that show the problem and countless emails, that's the least they should do. They refused, now i waiting for a refund.

I have never had my earbuds last even 6 hours. I have two sets. One set doesn’t even last a 45 min workout. The other will last 3 hours. And now both of them don’t work. They won’t connect to any of my devices.

Not a great product. Poor QC, doesn't last long (battery). Service recovery is poor. Delay in sending replacement until eventually they stopped replying emails as well. Sound quality is decent but overall this product cause more grief than joy to the user. I would say, there are plenty of better earbuds at better price now, so avoid this one at all costs.

These Hyphen earbuds suck. They both fell apart, one within a week. When I contacted the company they wanted me to pay for shipping to Europe and would "try to fix" it. They did promise to reimburse the shipping costs after I jumped through more hoops. I have bought 3 cheap earbuds from companies claiming they were good. As much as I hate Apple, I finally bought a pair of earbuds six months ago...do yourself a favor and spring for the Apple product.

I've been using these buds for almost 1 year now. The are a great piece of kit, and sound extremely well with almost any genre of music. I mostly like jazz, but they have impressive bass if you are looking for something more funky. The only thing I kind of regret is the opening of the case, this kind on lid is tricky to open and close, would prefer a hinge design similar to the Airpods. Looking forward for that to be improved possibly in the next generation.
