Currently, we are at a post-revenue stage and have successfully reached many new milestones in the past 2 months. Most of the key metrics, i.e., number of downloads, number of vehicles added, and total transaction, show a significant increase due to weekly growth hacking efforts.The team morale is high as we are close to the completion of v2.0 development and currently looking to expand our team to cater to the needs of business growth. In November, we are expected to : 1. The improvement of SEM, influencer marketing, and referral marketing led to 6,000 new downloads 2. Min 100 vehicle owners to proceed with insurance renewal, which amounted to an average of GWP of RM600/vehicle. This will bring in a total of RM60,000, which is a 300% increase from what was expected in October. 3. Deployment of v2.0 in the 1st week of November. It will include a number of features that will be used as the basis for our next telematics capabilities. 4. v3.0 development, which will include a number of new features i.e i) roadside assistance ii) The Buy Now, Pay Later option; and iii) Telematics-assisted safe driving capabilities. 5. We are aiming to pivot into a SaaS model in 3 months' time
