A landlord tenant portal is great but it would help a lot if tenants could upload rent payment proofs or receipts directly through the app, with automatic matching to the lease. Saves back and forth emails every month and creates a clean audit trail for both sides.
The AI document intelligence actually picks up the right fields from lease scans, which saved me a ton of typing during the trial. Liked that the rent indexation is already set up for Belgium rules out of the box.
Tried it out and the tenant portal is genuinely nice, super clean and easy to navigate. The AI document scanning actually picked up details on my lease that I had to double check, which was a pleasant surprise honestly.
The automated rent indexation across multiple countries is honestly a lifesaver, and the tenant portal setup was way smoother than I expected. Wish I'd found this when I was juggling leases manually.
Finally something that actually handles the rent indexation logic for Belgium without me having to double check the formula every year, the tenant portal is pretty clean too
