IndieDevBoard is an all-in-one workspace for developers and creators. Kanban boards, document editor, file management, notebooks with wiki-linking, team chat, and progress tracking. All in one place. Built it because I was tired of juggling Trello, Docs, Drive, and Notion for a single project. Free to start, no credit card needed. Paid plans for teams and more storage.

Context switching between Trello, Notion, and Drive kills more side projects than bad code does. Having all of that in one place makes sense. Does the wiki-linking work across notebooks and task descriptions, or just within notes?
@spunchev
Hi, Thanks for the Comment.
That's exactly the pain point that made me create this tool to manage as much as possible in one place.
To answer your question: wiki-links currently work within the Notebook Section. You type [[ and it autocompletes to any other note in your project. Those connections then show up visually in the Notebook Design Web, which maps out how your ideas relate to each other.
Cross-linking into task descriptions is actually a great idea. I will start working on this feature and deploy it if it works properly.
Appreciate the feedback!
@spunchev
Update:
Wiki-linking now works across notebooks and also task descriptions in the Kanban board.
Thank you for suggesting this feature :)
As a solo indie dev myself, this resonates. I've been juggling GitHub issues, Notion, and random text files for project tracking. The wiki-linking in notebooks sounds really useful — do you support markdown? And is there a way to integrate with GitHub repos or is it fully standalone?
@mattias_s Hi, Thanks for the comment.
The Markdown feature is still in testing and has not yet been deployed.
At the moment, it is a fully standalone project management tool without any external integrations. GitHub and some other integrations are in my mind and might be added in the future.
:)
@saiy_55 Thanks for the update! Good to know Markdown is on the way — that'll be a big plus for devs who live in .md files. The standalone approach makes sense for v1, and GitHub integration would definitely be a killer feature when it comes. I'm building my own solo project (MusicOrb) and I know the pain of deciding what to integrate vs keeping things focused. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves!

Update:
It now supports markdown in Notebooks (you can write either in plain text or toggle to markdown) and can also integrate GitHub repos for issues. Basically, issues sync automatically between the repo and Kanban tasks.
Thanks for suggesting these features :)
@saiy_55 That's awesome, fast iteration! The GitHub issue sync is exactly what I was hoping for — having Kanban tasks stay in sync with the repo removes so much context-switching. Will definitely try it out with my project. Is the sync two-way (changes in GitHub also update the board)?
@mattias_s Thanks again for the feature suggestion :)
Yes, it is a two-way sync.
You need to link your GitHub repo that you want to work on, and issues will be automatically synced as tasks under the todo section in the kanban board. Then you can assign them, edit them, etc..
And changes are applied from issues to the task board and vice versa when you are working on them, so you don't have to switch between apps.
Team members can also work on issue tasks and update them accordingly. But that team member has to be a collaborator in your repo and also added as a team member in the Owner's project in Indiedevboard (in paid plan).
I appreciate any feature requests or feedback in the future. Thanks :)
Still in initial version..will keep improving as it goes.
