Review Intch?
Intch is praised for its user-friendly interface and effective networking capabilities, making it a valuable tool for job seekers and freelancers. Users appreciate the platform's ability to connect them with relevant opportunities and professionals, often leading to successful collaborations and job offers. The support team is frequently commended for their responsiveness and efficiency. However, some users express concerns about subscription charges and the need for more precise job matching. Overall, Intch is seen as a refreshing alternative to traditional job boards, offering a more personalized and engaging experience.
I use Intch as a hiring manager almost every day. There are plenty of cool professionals making it easy to find top talents. In 2024 alone, we've successfully closed nearly 10 positions in marketing, design, development and legal. Totally recommend it despite minor bugs
Got tired of ghosting on traditional job boards. On Intch, I posted about looking for remote backend roles, and got three legit responses in a week. One of them led to a paid contract I’m working on now. I’ll take that over spammy recruiter DMs any day
Using Intch to explore international ops as a civil engineer. I like how global the crowd is. Saw listings from Portugal, UAE, Singapore. Wish the timezone stuff was clearer, but otherwise, really cool space for expanding horizons.
Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad you’re enjoying the global opportunities and appreciate your feedback about timezones — we’re working on making that clearer. Keep exploring and good luck with your projects!
I posted about looking for part-time marketing work, and within a few days, I got a handful of replies form companies looking for flexible hires. I wasn't expecting such relevant leads so fast — really impressed with the quality here.
Simple, effective job matches. I created a profile as a UX designer, and within a week, I had a couple of leads. The app’s algorithm seems to learn fast—I started getting better-targeted offers after making a few tweaks to my profile
The platform offers a good variety of marketing gigs, though occasionally the job descriptions are a bit vague. The matching system is pretty accurate. If they could improve the app speed, it would be nearly perfect for my needs.
As a manager, I don’t usually love job platforms. But I’ll say this one’s clean, quick, and surprisingly relevant. Got a few offers for operations roles, and the matching improved after I added some endorsements
Whatever you do, do not give this app your payment information. They make it impossible to check the status of your account and you cannot cancel it. They provide no way to cancel in the app/online and they often don't respond to any emails to their support. They will refuse to order you a refund so don't even bother reaching out to them. The app is also just horrendous, you will not find anything useful. In my opinion, this is just a fraudulent app designed to capture your payment info and charge you as many times as possible before you have to dispute it with your credit card company.
Intch reached out to me from the great beyond with tales of finding me great job connections. I was asked what my expectations were and what my financial goals were. It also asked what my strong business attributes were. Great! I was in and jobs were coming, as 91% of the jobs I qualified for were not publicly advertised. Then the fees were introduced to me without the first job even being mentioned. I was born at nnight, true...but not last night! End of Intch and my story.
Thanks for sharing your story 🙏 We understand how frustrating it can feel when expectations don’t match the experience. Your feedback helps us improve how we present things upfront — we’re already working on making our onboarding more transparent. Wishing you the best in your job search!

Been on Intch for a month while searching for a marketing role. The AI thing that applies for you is kinda wild but it works. Got two callbacks already. Not bad at all.
