Hey Sohaib, love that you extracted this from 3 real deployments instead of building in a vacuum. That embassy→university→telecom path is a great validation arc. One question: when you pitch agencies or consultancies, are they reselling Nexus under their own brand, or is white-labeling off the table for now? Running into the same question on our side (AI chatbots for agencies) and how you answered that shapes the whole GTM.

Right now Nexus is positioned as a direct B2B SaaS, but white-labeling is very much on the roadmap. The architecture supports it (multi-tenant, custom branding per workspace), but we haven't packaged it as an official offering yet because we wanted to nail the direct experience first.
For agencies specifically, we're open to early partnership conversations — DM me. Reseller model is something we're exploring for Q3.
