@mykro That's fair feedback, Michael! The account layer is there to support users who manage multiple accounts and want to organize their sets separately by account. We also wanted to lay the foundation for some future ideas. Hope it didn't deter you too much from giving Jetpack a try in the mean time!

@verneho Thats a fair point. I personally don't like allowing apps to have access to my accounts, just for privacy reasons. Especially for an app thats only for copy + paste of hashtags. Maybe the use of categories/folders would feel more appropriate instead of multiple account logins and email entry + would be more flexible for the average user. EDIT: there are 3 hoops users need to get through to use this app. 1) Payment 2) login with instagram 3) email It's a lot of hoops to go through for a very basic app. I still enjoy it and will continue to use it as its simple to use and clean, but would appreciate not having to login and enter my email.

@mykro That's really great feedback and I appreciate you taking the time to spell it out so clearly! We're already starting to think through ways to make the value of accounts more obvious in the short term, but we do think there's a long term play that lets us better cater the experience to the account (*cough* personalized recommendations *cough*). To get there, we had to take a bit of a leap with adding the account layer now, though understandably that requires users to take the leap with us. Your insight is super valuable, hope you don't mind if I hit you up for more feedback as we iterate a bit more on this! Thank you for the tremendous support despite some of these hurdles!

@eboy If you tried them, you'd understand. ;) Jokes aside, there are definitely a bazillion apps out there trying to do tag recommendations (in a super generic blanketed way), but not many focused on improving the everyday workflow of managing hashtags for active instagrammers. Figuring out what hashtags to use is a singular activity that you do maybe once every few weeks (at most), but organizing and copying hashtags for use on Instagram is a daily pain point for our audience. Hope that helps to clarify why Jetpack exists! :)
