The legal/compliance stack for fund launches in Europe has been a blocker for years. Nice to see someone actually building around it rather than just consulting on it. How are you handling reporting requirements for cross-border distributions?

@alex_kerya Great question! It will depend: some we handle ourselves, and some, such as US K-1s, we outsource to specialized thrid parties.
@julien_fissette Makes sense - K-1s for US LPs are a whole separate beast. Is the third-party layer visible to the GP or does it run behind the scenes?

@alex_kerya Yes, it's fully visible to the GPs (and they have access to the fund's annual account where they can see all of the fund's expense)
