Keep Google, Outlook, iCloud and supported CalDAV calendars in sync, one-way or two-way. Choose what gets copied: busy only, title and time, or full details. Connect the same calendars to ChatGPT and Claude to check availability, find events and create new ones. Built for people juggling work, personal and client calendars, including GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and kSuite. Set it up in minutes or by simply asking your agent.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Paul, and together with Julius I build Kalender Sync.
We work across several ventures at once. That means work, personal and client calendars, spread across different providers. People kept booking over private appointments because one calendar showed us as free. And keeping everything up to date by hand got old fast. 🙃
We couldn't find a tool that handled this the way we wanted. So we built one. What Kalender Sync does:
Keeps your calendars in sync, one-way or two-way. Google, Outlook, iCloud and supported CalDAV calendars.
You decide what gets copied. Busy only, title and time, or full details. Your dentist appointment can block your work calendar without anyone seeing what it is.
Supports the providers others skip. GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org and kSuite work too, not just the big three.
Connects to ChatGPT, Claude and many more. Link the same calendars to your assistant to check availability, find events, create new ones and manage your syncs across all of them.
Ready in minutes. Set it up yourself, or simply ask your agent to do it for you.
Try it for free at kalender-sync.de, or connect it directly to Claude or ChatGPT.
Shipped with love from Munich 🥨💙
We'd love your feedback. Which calendars are you juggling right now, and where does your current setup fall short? Julius and I are here all day to answer questions!
🎁 Launch offer: Code PH50 gives you 50% off the first annual bill of a new Basic or Professional subscription.
@paul_koch2 Thanks again for quickly sorting the CalDAV issue last week with ChatGPT , everything has worked perfectly since then. Easy product to set up and now the integration lets my home automation take further steps by knowing what is happening across all my calendars.
@madasabear thanks Paul, really appreciate you dropping by! 🙏 glad it's been running smoothly since & thanks for the nice convo!. the home automation use case is honestly one of my favourites, what's it triggering so far? always curious what people build on top!
@paul_koch2 it's checking if there should be anyone present in the house according to the calendars and cross checking with presence detectors. As an example if it shows I'm at an event in a calendar and the presence detectors are clear then ensure the relevant security is armed.
@madasabear kudos for the creativity, that's a really smart one 🔥 love it!
Do you have an MCP to connect it to Grok Bot?
@michael_frohlich yes! you can add it as a custom connector with our MCP server: https://app.kalender-sync.de/mcp. let me know if you run into anything, happy to help!
Hey everyone, Julius here, the other half of Kalender Sync 👋 And thanks to everyone we've already heard from today!
Paul already told the story, but I want to add my share to it.
We built this for ourselves. We both work across several companies at once, each with its own calendar, and we were tired of double bookings and copying appointments around by hand. That pain is gone for us now, and honestly that alone made it worth it. 🙃
What I'm most excited about, though: you can set up and manage your syncs entirely through your agent. Because let's be honest, who actually enjoys spending time in their calendar settings? Maybe I should go touch some grass instead ;)
Another thing that makes me really happy is that we cover so many calendar providers. A good share of our users aren't on Google or Microsoft or Apple at all. They're on GMX, WEB.DE, mailbox.org, kSuite and others. Those providers will probably wait a long time for native AI features.
The feedback from exactly these users has been incredibly kind, and it's a big reason we're here today. Thank you to everyone who tested early, reported bugs and stuck with us 💙
If your calendar provider is one that usually gets forgotten, I'd love to hear which one. And if you're juggling calendars across several jobs, tell us how you handle it today. Any questions? Fire away!
@julius_hnz +1 to all of this 😄 the agent part is my favourite too. you can literally tell Claude or ChatGPT "block my work calendar in my private one, only as busy" and it sets up the sync for you, no settings page needed and if your provider isn't on the list yet (STRATO, Posteo or any plain CalDAV works too), just drop it here, that's exactly how most of our integrations happened 🙌
I’ve been using Kalender Sync to connect our shared iCloud family calendar with ChatGPT, and it’s made organizing our family life so much easier!
What really stands out is the team behind it. Paul and Julius genuinely listen to feedback and are always happy to help. Great product, great support — congrats on the launch! 🙌
@christian_dehmelt thanks so much Christian, means a lot to us! keeping the family calendars in sync and managing it via an agent sounds like the way to go. What do you ask ChatGPT most, "who's picking up the kids" kind of stuff or more planning ahead?
The “busy only” option is the bit that wins me over. A personal appointment should block the time without sharing my life story with colleagues. Congrats on the launch!
@marianna_tymchuk thank you Marianna! exactly why we made it the default, nobody needs to know it's a dentist appointment or whatever. how do you handle it today, separate work + personal calendars?
