Kampsite's goal is to help you understand the real motivator behind your customers suggestions - so if someone say's "They want a faster horse" what they are really saying is that they want a faster means of transportation. The goal with Kampsite is to take the solutions and feedback from customers (e.g. faster horse) and help you understand the real problem they need solving (e.g. a faster means of transportation).

@chris_honore @harryblucas Great response. I work in an enterprise environment by day and I hear "I want a faster horse" dozens of times a week. The real skill of a great product person is to hear that initial request and then tease out / understand what the stakeholder / user is actually wanting.
