Been amazing to work on Kick for the last two years and build the next generation of bookkeeping with AI! From collaborating with the best minds in the industry at OpenAI to meeting dozens of customers face to face to build what people really need, it's been a project like no other.
Write off as a service. Very cool to see what this has become, I have been following the team for years as they explored this area and figured out what was valuable to build. Now with AI it's a no brainer to be constantly checking your receipts in the background and figuring out what you can classify as an expense. Makes a lot of sense and can basically save you money while you sleep.
@conradwa didn’t see these replies before taking a peek… honestly just starting from scratch was a nonissue — 95%+ of transactions categorized correctly with zero effort. Super responsive customer service too (shout out to Jared).
I do wish some accounting basics like journal entries and custom categories/accounts were available in basic plan at least… Maybe I’ll just have to take advantage of launch special.
Super clean Notion-y UI/UX too! Really impressed so far.
