Makers need a way for visitors to reach them, and to reply without opening another dashboard. Paste one script tag and a chat bubble appears on any site, or publish a contact page for your bio. Visitors start typing with no account needed. Messages go to Telegram. Quote-reply and it appears on their screen, and the thread stays in your inbox. If you're away, they leave an email. An AI agent answers from your docs and hands off to you when it matters. Free, no credit card, live in minutes.

Visitors can chat with you directly from website without creating an account which is pretty handy for quick question
@shivam_kushwaha16 Exactly, Shivam! 🙌 We wanted to make it as easy as possible for visitors to reach out. No sign-ups, no extra steps, just a quick conversation when they need help. Thanks for highlighting this! ❤️
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m one of the makers behind Knocket.
The idea came from a problem I kept running into while working on trtc.io, a developer-focused PaaS platform for building real-time interactive experiences.
Someone would leave us a question, but by the time our email reply arrived, the moment had passed—and often, we couldn’t reconnect. Other visitors looked like a great fit for our product but left before we ever had the chance to speak.
We spent hours following up, arranging interviews, and piecing together website activity to understand what happened. It was useful work, but too often it happened after the person was already gone.
It made me wonder:
Why do we spend so much time reconstructing conversations we could have had in the moment?
That’s why we built Knocket—a lightweight contact layer for makers, solopreneurs, and early-stage teams.
It gives people a simple way to reach you through your website, mobile app, or shareable contact page. Every conversation comes into one inbox, and you can respond from Knocket or directly through Telegram. When you’re unavailable, an AI agent can handle routine questions and bring in a human when needed.
Not every visitor wants to talk, and not every conversation becomes a sale. But when someone does reach out, we want to help you be there while their question still matters—not days later.
We’d love to hear from you:
How do you handle customer inquiries today? Where do promising conversations tend to slip through? And what would make Knocket genuinely useful to you?
Thank you for checking us out. We’ll be here all day to answer questions and hear your honest feedback. 🚀
@mia_qiao This resonates so much, Mia! 🙌
Working on the growth side of Knocket, I've seen how much effort goes into bringing the right people to a product. And it's frustrating when someone shows interest but leaves before we even get a chance to talk.
That's what makes Knocket so exciting to me. We're not just helping makers get more visitors, but helping them turn those visits into real conversations.
Excited to hear more feedback from the PH community and keep making Knocket better together! ❤️
Often in demos with schools when telling them I will interview students after the pilot test to get their feedback and improve the product, I think to myself I wish there was a way for the students to reach me directly without having to go through the hassle of emailing me. I love how this does just that! will definitely give it a try
@anas_chhilif Love this use case, Anas! 🙌 Making it easier for students to share feedback directly, without the back-and-forth of emails, is exactly the kind of problem we hope Knocket can solve.
Would love to hear how it works for you after giving it a try! And if there's anything we can improve, we're all ears. ❤️
Email and website chat in one inbox sounds useful.
@evanbuildsai Exactly, Evan! We wanted to make it easier for makers to manage conversations without jumping between different tools. One place to stay connected with your users, without the complexity of a full helpdesk!
This could be handy for quick shipping and sizing questions.
@sarasolomaker Absolutely, Sara! 🙌 Quick questions like shipping and sizing are a perfect use case for Knocket. Making it easy for customers to reach you can make a big difference! ❤️
Hey PH! I'm Ivory, maker of Knocket. 👋
It started with a problem every early team knows too well: getting users is hard, and often the hardest part isn't traffic — it's that when someone finally shows interest, there's no easy way for them to actually reach you. You lose them in that moment.
So we built Knocket. One line of code gives your site a contact page with live chat, a contact form, and quick links to your socials — all messages land in one inbox.
Think of it as a personal homepage that talks back, or lightweight live support for products that don't need a helpdesk yet. That's the whole idea: when a potential user shows up, let the conversation happen.
If you're an early-stage team working on your first 100 users, I'd love your feedback. 🙏
@ivory_xuxuxu Couldn't agree more, Ivory! 🙌
Working on growth for Knocket has made me realize how many indie hackers and small teams struggle with the same thing: getting people to discover your product is hard, but turning that interest into a real conversation is just as important.
It's been amazing to see makers already trying Knocket and sharing their feedback with us.
Super excited to keep building and growing alongside this community! ❤️
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm one of the makers behind Knocket! We started with a simple question: Why is talking to your users so complicated and expensive?
For indie makers and small teams, every conversation matters. So we built Knocket — a free, lightweight way to connect with users, manage conversations in one place, and reply directly from Telegram.
✨Our philosophy is simple: Build what matters, remove what doesn't.✨
Backed by Tencent RTC, Knocket is free forever. Because we believe connecting with your users should be a basic capability, not another subscription.
We're still learning and improving, and we'd love to hear your feedback! Thanks for supporting Knocket! 💜
@marying Love this philosophy, Ruiying! 💜 Making it easier for makers to connect with their users shouldn't come with extra complexity or cost. Excited to keep growing Knocket and learning from our community together!
