Compliant cross-border notarization workflows, fully digital. Legitify takes the entire process: identity verification, document signing, and final certification - and makes it remote, legally valid, and borderless for users across 50+ jurisdictions. What used to take days of office visits, separate queues, couriers, and paperwork now takes minutes. Built for businesses and individuals who can't afford borders, delays, or errors getting in the way of progress.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Aida, founder & CEO of Legitify.
Somewhere in the world, a deal is stuck right now…because someone is waiting on a stamp. A physical stamp. In 2026. Notarization and apostille are still shockingly manual - print it, sign it, scan it, find an office, wait days, repeat. It’s slow, expensive, and weirdly offline for something that blocks global business.
So we fixed it.
👉 Notarization + apostille, fully remote
👉 EU & UK notary infrastructure
👉 Valid across 50+ jurisdictions
👉 From request to certified docs in minutes/hours
👉 No unnecessary travel. No printers. No appointments. No “please come back tomorrow.”
If you work in legal, compliance, ops or anything cross-border, you already know: this stuff quietly kills momentum. We built Legitify so “waiting on notarization” stops being a sentence.
Already used by teams at leading enterprises and - and scaling fast 🚀
Hot take: paperwork shouldn’t be harder than the deal it enables.
I am here - AMA 🙌

Congrats on the launch! This is solving a real pain point. Quick question: how do you handle the varying legal requirements across those 50+ jurisdictions? Do businesses need to configure rules per location, or does Legitify automatically route documents based on where the notarization is needed?
Legitify
@osakasaul It’s exactly the complexity we’ve built Legitify to handle. Businesses don’t need to configure jurisdiction-specific rules themselves. Our platform automatically routes each request to a qualified notary within our network across the EU and UK, based on where the notarization will be legally recognized and what the specific document requires.
We continuously map and apply local regulations, ensuring that we only use remote online or electronic notarization in jurisdictions where it is legally valid. For cross-border use cases, we also leverage frameworks like the Hague Apostille Convention to ensure documents are accepted internationally.
In cases where local laws do not yet support digital notarization, we coordinate alternative solutions through our extended network of international notaries, either on-platform or via trusted partners, so clients still get a compliant outcome without needing to manage the complexity themselves.
In short, we abstract away the legal fragmentation and deliver a seamless, compliant notarization experience end-to-end.
Nice initiative? Which countries do you support ? How do you keep yourself in sync with local policy changes ?
Legitify
@raj_peko Great question. We currently leverage a strong network of notaries across the EU and UK, where we already support a wide range of jurisdictions for remote and electronic notarization.
At the same time, we are actively expanding our international notary network, including partners in regions such as the UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia, to broaden coverage further.
To stay aligned with local policy changes, we continuously monitor regulatory updates and work closely with our notary partners in each jurisdiction. When customers have specific country requirements, we can also review local regulations in detail and onboard additional notaries where needed, provided the legal framework allows it.
In cases where direct coverage is not yet possible, we work with trusted partner notaries and established compliant workflows to ensure customers can still complete their notarization needs in a reliable and legally sound way.
It looks like a very useful tool!
I assume it works just as well in Spain?
Legitify
@lars_jonsson1 Yes, we can support use cases involving Spain as well.
For Spain, we typically handle notarizations through our international notary network. In addition, we can facilitate Spanish Apostille where required, provided we are contacted in advance so we can ensure the correct setup and processing path.
I'm in Germany right now and this is such an issue here. Really hopeful that we can continue to digitize the bottom of the iceberg!
