Platfrom Were Perfect & Amazing But Am Facing Issue Related To my Payments recently we add lemon squeezy for our payment gateaway to get payment from our customer yesterday we got payment without any issue but after that our 2 customer pay for product and payment was success but no confirmation from lemon squeezy to our customer & even in our dashboard we not have an data about payments or customer. our customer have sent as payment screenshot which were deducted we have contact on chat , email & twitter but no response yet team kindly give us an solution

They just stole my money. More than 20k. I just opened my account in the morning, and it became inaccessible. Support says - sorry, it's our partner. We can't do anything. Everything that was honestly earned was stolen

Bad company. 1: incompetent technical support. They get confused by their own documentation, can't answer technical questions about their own APIs. 2: non-existant onboarding support: the guy that did the onboarding disappeared after the 1st round of communication. They're not interested in you if you're a small indie developer.

They let you sign up, choose the service/digital product you want to sell, upload company and private documents, connect a bank, and the they send you an email, "Sorry. we can not accept that service you want to provide." That page is a pure information scraping trap, nothing else!

Merchant of record was the dealbreaker. As a solo developer selling globally, I didn't want to handle VAT, GST, and sales tax compliance across 50+ countries myself. Lemon Squeezy handles all of that as the merchant of record — they collect the tax, file the returns, and I get a clean payout. Stripe is more flexible but puts the tax burden on me. Paddle was the other serious option but Lemon Squeezy's setup was simpler and their dashboard is cleaner for a one-product business. The license key generation API also integrates cleanly with my custom activation system on Cloudflare Workers.

Switching my entire business to Lemon Squeezy was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to set up and just works better. The best part is the design is so great that my conversion rate is already up!
