@jakeharr It all started from our own experiences managing cloud infrastructure. As we analyzed our cloud infrastructure to implement cost reduction measures we kept finding common errors. It started out as small scripts that detect these errors and it grew to a SaaS platform others can utilize. It was a journey for sure.
This sounds like a dream come true for anyone who has struggled with managing AWS costs. I'm particularly interested in the "instant cost reduction audits." Could you share more details on what exactly the audits cover? Do they also provide suggestions for architectural changes that could lead to long-term savings?
@ayberkbozkus Our approach for audits is to study use cases and develop strategies to cut costs. This might be through means of identifying un-or-under utilized resources, optimizing configurations or suggesting architectural changes.
